How to book your Stay
We have reserved enough accommodations for all to stay within walking distance of all weekend events!
Please read below to complete the arrangements for your stay.
Notes:
- all prices shown here are the final prices in $CAD, including both nights (July 5/6) and all taxes
- no payments are done through our website, read each option to learn how to complete the booking and pay.
- prices shown in strikethrough are the prices of the room, click on a room for details on how to proceed (reserve and pay).
-some rooms (suites, cabins) have a pull-out bed and can sleep 4. Read the details of each room and consider doubling up!
Option 1:

Option 2:
Next door at the Backeddy. Our “store” here shows the remaining available rooms. Prices are in $CAD for the full weekend (2 nights) with tax. We’ve pre-paid, so transfer Dan (details below) after making your selection. Be sure to fully checkout from our website store, this lets us manage room inventory.
Once you checkout, your order will say “Pending Fulfillment”. Once Dan receives the transfer, he will mark it fulfilled.

Option 3:
Bathgate Resort and Marina - this is about 1km away (15 min walk) from the West Coast Wilderness Lodge.
You can view room options and prices here (below). They’ve held the rooms until May 8, but they’re a bit hard to get hold of. You will need to complete your reservation and payment with the Bathgate Resort and Marina directly, over the phone, before May 8. They are open from 11a-5p PT and their number is 604-883-2222... tbh their website is wrong so please refer to this website (or their Tripadvisor page) for actual information they like never use the internet.
Please remember check out on our website as well so everyone else can see availability!
Once you checkout, your order will say “Pending Fulfillment”. Make sure to call Backeddy to complete the payment/reservation, or you will not actually have a room!
Option 4:
There are Airbnbs available on the Sunshine Coast but most are a bit far away - we would recommend having a car if you do choose to book off-site since taxis and ubers are hard to come by!
