We are so excited to host you on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in BC! Find everything you need to know here, including information on the itinerary, transportation, and accommodations. We know it’s a trip for some of you, so we’ve tried to make it as easy as possible. We hope you’re excited as we are!
THURSDAY, JULY 4
(Arrival to Vancouver)
18:30- Welcome Dinner
America? Independence? Not today!!!!
Kick off the weekend with us at the Dr. Sun-Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden in downtown Vancouver for dinner. After dinner we will head to a The American for more drinks and some 🎤🎶

Friday, July 5
(Travel to Sunshine Coast)
18:30 - BBQ & Bonfire
Take the day to leisurely make your way via ferry from Vancouver to Egmont, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
You must make a ferry reservation if you plan to drive a vehicle to Egmont. Click “More Info” for details. If you won’t be driving a vehicle, we will provide a shuttle from Langdale to and from the venue for those who would like to take advantage.
Anne & Dan have blocked off the entire West Coast Wilderness Lodge & Backeddy Inn in Egmont for guests. Please visit the Accommodation page to select and purchase your room.
Check-in at the WCWL and Backeddy Inn begins at 15:30.
Get settled and join us on the WCWL lawn at 18:30 for a beach BBQ. We’ll end the night with a bonfire and s’mores.

Saturday, July 6
8:00-11:00 - Breakfast served at WCWL

16:30 - Wedding Ceremony
17:15 - Cocktail Hour
18:30 - Reception
21:00 - Dancing
Breakfast will be served at the WCWL for all guests from 8:00a-11:00a.
Guests can use the morning and afternoon to explore the surrounding areas or book excursions through the Egmont Adventure Centre, located onsite.
Our wedding Ceremony will take place at the WCWL on the deck - please arrive no later than 16:15
Afterwards, eat, drink and be merry with us at the Cocktail Hour, Reception, and Dancefloor at the WCWL.
Dress Code: Formal/Black Tie Optional
Check-out at 11a.
Dining room open for you to purchase breakfast starting at 8a.
Shuttle buses will be available for those looking for a ride back to the ferry, times TBD
